RECENT WEATHER DATA

Recent weather data at Pitsford Hall takes two forms: data recorded using conventional weather instruments at 0900 GMT daily by trained observers following the conventions of the UK Meteorological Office and data captured every 15 minutes by an automatic weather station. The following links provide access to data recorded at 0900 hrs for the past month and that recorded by the automatic weather station for the past 7 days. Users requiring earlier weather data should contact the weather station directly. In addition, analyses of the weather from last month and last year are provided here. Analyses from previous months and years is available in the Historical Data section.

Data recorded at 0900 hrs constitutes the official climatological record of the station and is subject to regular quality control. Automatic weather station data should only be used where there is a need to examine changes in the weather over smaller intervals such as one day; it does not meet the same level of accuracy as the official record.
