Headline: Again cold with below average temperatures, but essentially cyclonic with frequent outbreaks of rain, sleet and snow.

Headline: Settled first half under the influence of a fairly stationary high. Unsettled in the second half with frequent outbreaks of rain.

Headline: Very dry and sunny. Some very warm days followed by chilly nights.
MayHeadline: Cool for the first fortnight with a prevalence of northerly winds, then very warm. Rainfall well below normal.
